Bio trees(Nature, Blood, Bone) should all be stand alones like how all meta trees are.
Crystal should be an ether tree. Crystals in Eternia are solid constructs for housing mana. (look at achemy's elemental crystals. Teraphim lore.)
The bio trees are only loosely connected to their bases.

Blood is a liquid so.. you can learn to manipualte it with water...??
Bone is solid so you can learn to manipulate bones with earth..??
Plants mainly come from the ground so they need earth attune for them??(Lets ignore aquatic plants like lilipads in nature magic I guess)

Also bring back poison and mourngale as wind trees. Mourngale as the cutting force of high pressure winds. Poison as a smog. Air pollution!

Wisely.

Blood is mostly water, so you can manipulate it with water.
Bone is generally made up of minerals, so you can manipulate it with earth.

Yet a magi who knows themselves well enough to manipulate their blood or bone, should know enough about themselves to manipulate their bone or blood.
