Blood Whip - Hated - 04-14-2020

14.5 damage for 6 second cooldown 3x3 tile hitbox instant animation.
If it crits and bleeds? could be as much as 30 spell damage. Very over tuned for a basic spell.
See Fatal Strike. 20 seconds, dash animation, missable even if lined up for 12 spell damage, at most 15 if bleed hits.
I suggest increasing the cooldown of this spell to match others of its type and numbers. maybe 15-20 at most.

I actually haven't fought it myself, I saw it used a lot and wondered what the cd is. checked it out and its stats lo and behold it was very powerful! this wasn't based on a personal bias this time I swear

Honestly, with how many blood users complain about not being able to hit this... I don't think it's enough of a problem to be nerfed.
Like... The only way I see someone complaining about it is if they lost to someone with it... Sure it hits hard and can be tough to fight against... But is it consistent?
Not really, I am yet to see anyone using blood on here to land the whip consistently, and I knew I couldn't land it consistently before the TS on Ame'Vel.

And I don't think it has a 3x3 tile hitbox, as I have missed it multiple times while standing diagonally from someone. (Which is usually it's bane if you don't move with the person while casting it.) If you can show me it has a 3x3 hitbox, then that would probably need to be changed so it's an actual skill shot still.
