Beatrice A. Okabe, The Curator of Viritas announces that she has stepped down from the mantle of head of state for the commerce centre, with the reigns being passed to another.

Zho the Sable, formerly the Viceroy and second-in-command, is named Lord Vicarian and granted total authority over Viritas. Beatrice herself steps down to a position among the select members of the town's council to continue serving as an advisor and otherwise contribute in which ways she deems fit.

The Nephilim offers a short address to the populous upon his inauguration.
