Within Delphina's territory, over the slopes that lead to the northern sea, a tower now stands. One that came from the investment of the kingdom itself in search of new advancements!
This being the research of magic, the Astral, relics and much more.
The place exudes mana, and is currently being guided by the Blue Wizard of Dal'thala, Belros. A researcher, alchemist and Sorcerer who offers his services to those who seek it, but primarily to the crown, researching on their behalf.
