All across Meranthe a blizzard moves from city to city, starting first in Serenity and moving through the Silent expanse, traveling through the Northern islands, then to Delphina's territory, through the Southern Isles, even through The Republic, and finally ending in the far reaches of the Northern mountains to the East. None will not see it as the storm moves not to cause destruction... but to pass on a message. From between snowflakes comes falling a flutter of papers. Flyers cast out and littering each city's roads so that all might view what is written.
