As summer begins, whispers begin to spread within the eternal spring of Arcadia. Whispers of a great celebration, and a great festival. Incenses are gathered, and meetings are held within the Atrium. Finally, a notice is placed on Arcadia's board, followed shortly by posters hung across the Realm of Delphina and the Republic. An open invitation to a grand festival and dance.

"After years of rebuilding, it's time for festivities! 

Arcadia will be holding a grand festival for Solais, a sermon for all to attend in the beautiful sunlight of our eternal spring.
As the incense burns away, and the final prayers are spoken, a dance will begin!
Decorate yourself in flowers (if you don't have any, we'll provide!), and bring someone dear to you.
