Far in the northern district of the city of Londo, the hustle and bustle of non-magi pour in and out of the settlements castle like building- carrying various boxes of furniture and books. In the crowd- people garbed in the uniform of the monarchy can be seen directing the flow of traffic- casually keeping onlookers away from entering the area.

One citizen reports they heard an electric hum in the air followed my a loud grinding whirr, upon looking up at the face of Maple academy's clock they could have sworn the dormant time piece's minute hand moved.
