Said to be the home of all storms, Stormheart Crescent is the home and birthing place of the fearsome Storm Dragons, devout followers of Lord Quetzalcoatl, the joint herald of Nyssa and Saewylm. It is said that the first Storm Dragon was born when Lord Quetzalcoatl felt an intense anger that he could not express.
The Storm Dragons are an aggressive tribe of drakans, whose rituals may be seen as barbaric or extreme by some. They pride themselves on strength and perseverance, and have very little tolerance for weakness. It is said that a Storm Dragon’s roar can conjure a maelstrom, and that the grand matriarch can create hurricanes across the world with a single flap of her wings.

I want this to be a major log for full-shift. I'm looking for approval from a primordial-tier being, and I intend to follow this event up with a public one similar to Arnet Dawnseeker's ascension a few months ago. (Any DM willing to do both wins my heart <3 )

Fullshift dev, dragon horn of some sort. Consumable item that temporarily gives a fuckload of stats (Like 25 vit 25 pow, single-use food item that is flavored like "THE HEART OF THE STORM" or some shit. I intend to use it in the public event)
