A couple of people in mostly ragged clothes are seen going around, placing posters all around Meranthe (except Martyr's Vigil).
Most likely a bunch of hobos someone cheaply hired... Looking at those posters you see,

Updates regarding Lovestream have spread about.

A bunch of golem drones and some small birdlike wyverns drop biodegradable flyers and papers all around Meranthe.
(Except Martyr's Vigil)
