A nearby witch coven, isolated within the jungles of the island, has been farming the village's residents to produce Fantasia. A large quantity of victims have been kidnapped and held hostage, others farmed for essence relentlessly to create more of the hellish drug. They're dug in deep, reinforcing their position with funding from the trade, and no small sum of occultic aid. With nobody to turn to, the governor begs for intervention. His soldiers haven't been training for nothing. The captain scowls a minute, before calling for his secretary to put out the rallying call, and pens a letter back.  They're calling for Angels.
