The Weavereader - tomorrow's sunshine - 07-21-2024 ![]() Rumors are always quick to travel in Meranthe, even amidst the heavy rain and thunderstorms caused by a certain event. It began in the streets of Midpoint, but quickly traveled to the suzerain state of the Final Frontier and the nearby kingdom of Londo. Soon the news entered The Dragon's Nest and Arcadia; from there it traveled to Delphina and the Cold North -- Aegis and Xuefeng. Gloomlight and its vassals would be the last places where this news would see entry.
Either spoken by mouth or read through advertisements, the story spoke of a new fortune teller in Meranthe, with a peculiar foretelling method and strong enough illusion magic to let people experience their fortunes, instead of having it read out to them. After a while, the advertisements would take over the word of mouth, and news would spread more rapidly throughout all of Meranthe. Some of the ads read as follows: Quote:There's no better wake up call than experiencing a bad event yourself. When those blessed by fortuna read someone's fate, they never capitalize on the four other senses of the human body, instead relying on hearing only to convey their message. But gods bless the metaphysical -- someone is willing to change that. Message linkbaiano or pm Catherine Aratel to set up a scene, et cetera.
