In the midst of 2113AC came hushed whispers of a new and secretive organization rising amongst the poor and downtrodden, The Thanati. Some rumors say it’s a cult devoted to a Primordial not native to Meranthe, others say it’s a Death Cult that venerates Mortyl to the height of depravity, while others claim it’s a simple criminal syndicate or group of peasants-turned-scholars.
Whatever the truth may hold, there was one confirmed fact—their leader was an internationally wanted terrorist—and that alone spoke a thousand words.
