Quote:Student: Students within the company with take classes to help them improve any skills they wish to learn while within the company. They are encouraged to study within the guild halls classroom (being planned out now) after they sign-up. They will be provided with the basic knowledge and tools to help with their studies once they feel ready they can either be promoted to combatant or crafter.

Combatant: Any combatant of the guild will be tested before given the role, but they are required to start as a student to undergo their training with will be handle by Andrew Mercia at the moment. This rank comes with a pay increase and allows you to take on outside jobs via ore gathering or different task that will but a little extra coin in your pocket.

Crafter: These are the students that wish to rebuilt the market and the guild will assist with this task by making sure they receive the necessary ores, rare items needed. They will also be on payroll and are encouraged to help will the guild with potions, armor, and other items that will either be sold or sold to members at a discounted price.  

Guild Master: These are the people that oversee teaching of certain crafters and ensure that the guild runs and is maintained at all times. These are members that have proven themselves and will be given a job as a guild overseer!! They are here to offer a helping hand and the Guild Master can keep their role as either a Combatant or Crafter!
