To whomever it may concern, if you are not a citizen or active member of the Prosperan peoples you are hereby officially required to quit occupancy of any property within Prospera to allow for her citizens to take up residence. As of this notice you have until the summer of 2107 AC (7 days from posting) to collect any of your possessions before they are considered to be abandoned. After which point they will be claimed by the city and put under a temporary hold, upon which you may petition any Councilmember or Minister for said property returned. It will be the sole discretion of the council to return any seized property following said seizure. 

This is your first, final, and only notice.
