Several fliers and notes can be seen posted up around Aphros, especially near the Church. A call for help. 

"I, Valerie Hemwick humbly ask for the help of Aphrosian artificers, and the Clergy of the Church of Athelios. I wield the halberd of Gel Brightreaver. Fallen Astral Captain and member of the bastion for over thirty years. To prophesize it is what I ask. I have fought for the good of Aphros since I was just a girl. I need help to souldbind myself to this weapon, and I need the blessing of Athelios. Exact details and plans for this will be explained to any soul who is willing to help. Please- come to the Church after the attack on Crimson Keep."
