Every settlement is buzzing with the news of a new local shopkeeper, just east of the infamous Kris!
Fliers with direct directions and personnel of various kinds can be seen hanging up fliers, fastening them to trees, and distributing them throughout practically all of the settlements.
People clad in purple hats and coats were performing errands and filling orders.
Despite being the boss of them all, a Siren ready to collect every cent, known to travel around in a heavy black coat.
