The Church's influence reaches beyond that which many see. With the evident retirement of the two Dominic siblings, arms and hands of the Will of the Divine in sight, there needs to be adequate substitutes.

And while one of the Dominic children is Hadrian's own blood, the other one follows upon the tradition of adoption.

For the hands of Athelios and Enarr both reveal one such heir of Nephilim, turned orphan at the young age of two, or maybe even before; What matters is that there are none alive to care for them as family and as such, the Church charitably takes them in.

Raised by the Church itself, knowing no parent nor family but the sacred scripture and that which is divine; The closest thing to a brother being your fellow Dominic, Hanzel.
