After months of preparation and countless acts of diplomacy. There is finally official word to leave from the Throne Room of Dal'Thala the capital of Delphina. Such words come late in regard to the status of Delphina made to the realm.

Many Nobles houses have shown their ways over the course of the years. Both minor, some major, and the few without any nobility at all. House Al'britu and House Foisantte have had their nobility dissolved. With the retirement of Lady Kitchi from the realm and the execution of Caliel Al'britu. In their places, two more Noble houses rise from the ashes: Eilpeiros and Avarion. There is still room for more following those who are able to earn their right through the Black Hunt or by others means provided to the Realm of Delphina.

Furthermore, there have been some changes to the Royal Court and those allowed to take part in it. It also covers the newest members of the court. So that it is much easier to contact the correct people! With this in mind, each rank has the authority expected of them, and if not they know who to contact above their station to get the appropriate voice to answer on behalf of Delphina. May it be known the Monarch remains the highest authority in the Realm.
The Festive court focuses on celebrations and events. They do not have authority over the realm, but over the events found therein. They are not able to take part in political discussion as any voice for the will of Delphina, but only their own personal will.
