It is known by almost every Delphinian what happened to Caliel Al'britu after the unsucessful coup of 2003: Caliel and his entire house got exiled from Delphina and, naturally, they were stripped of their nobility, free to start anew on a land that didn't want them. Once-Great House Eilpeiros had been under vassalage to house Al'britu for nearly a hundred years, and with the exilement of Caliel, that changed.
The ascent of House Eilpeiros was by no means interesting or filled with politics at play. No; it was so boring it was decreed with simple words in the middle of the public, but that's the way of house Eilpeiros, isn't it? To make things as boring as possible, letting people live boring lives with eternal peace instead of intriguing lives with eternal war. But it didn't matter. News spread thorought Delphina relatively rapidly, flyers snuck into every possible corner of every possible street of the country, and all of them read the same thing:

Those seeking to join this house of artificers are free to do so, but any applications will be met with severe scrutiny and not everyone will be let in. Aditionally, the House looks for comissions; those seeking armoury or jewelry made by the ancestor of the greatest in all of Delphina may want to contact Olórin Eilpeiros. Prices will vary depending on complexity and materials used.
