The rise of necromancy once again in the lands of Meranthe is impossible to truly ignore. The undead begin to stir as death is defied in the mists of the wilderness and abodes of those practising the art of undeath. Following the tower of miasma that arose from the shadowlands, one such necromancer has been spotted performing such arts, seeking harvest and to spread a strange new faith.

The Cult of Quietus.

A secret society that professes a strange love and devotion to the Lich that once terrorized the lands of Meranthe along with a disturbing fascination with undeath. The one that brought the golden age of Necromancy over half a century ago. Whilst the Lich was banished from the physical world, his influence has remained. And through the Litany of undeath has it spread far and wide once more.

The Necromancer known only to the world at large as Supplication has begun to spread this faith. Dare one approach such a bizarre figure for guidance in the arts or to learn of the figure Ozmandius, it is clear that they are very willing to speak and teach of the faith. And perhaps even, induct them into this odd cult. Perhaps even those most trustworthy would even be granted the title of student by this individual.

Regardless, the harvest had begun.

And rumours speak that soon, a congregation may yet again be held by the new cultist leader. To introduce their new faith and to spread the infinite wisdom of Ozmandius to all wishing to listen to the stillness of death.
