The final death throes of The Family have limpened, rigor mortis taking over in its stead. Following the death of Artyom pyr Docro and in extent the sylavanum trade, income has shriveled up. All that's left for them to spend is what they have in their reserves. It's no longer sustainable to maintain the many servants they once employed, and with every passing month, every passing year, the once opulent manse grows more and more decrepit under its slothful leadership, the manor a mere house on a hill slowly being consumed by the passage of time.

Vivian pyr Docro, reluctant Don once more following the loss of her daughter to debauchery ridden reclusivity, seems to have no yearning to do anything with the position besides pass it on to someone else in the coming years. A single statement is all that's to leave the estate on her behalf, a declaration of the dissolution of the faction formerly known as The Family:

It's been a minor point of contention amongst myself and other members of my family stretching back decades. Progress is paramount, and progress is not to be found in the minds of the aged who cling desperately to what was forward thinking in their youths but is now old hat. An antiquated relic of a bygone era, at odds with itself in recent years as some try to cling to its once prestigious past and others try to separate from it and forge something new. I've always personally preferred the latter, the tepid stagnation of the familiar and well worn being antithetical to the values I've led my life with and tried to instill into my children. Following the death of my sister and son, as well as the escapist reclusivity many of my family members—myself included—have fallen into, I see no reason to allow this charade of importance to continue. I will not see my family desperately cling to the last vestiges of our relevance in the world stage.

The Family is abolished.

New Tannen is a separate entity, one that I don't speak for and one that most of my family—from myself to Johannes to many others—have little stake in. I no longer speak with Mikhail, the sole Docro still involved in its operations. As I've always told my children, they can sink or swim on their own accord; their affairs are not mine, their affairs are certainly not that of an entire bloodline.

To those who feel inclined to try and include "The Family" in world affairs, I only have to say:

Serpente’s shoes, there is a bubble of talk regarding news about the Dragonforge. The talks involve a 

tournament of sorts, to determine who will receive the next great work the Dragonforge can create. More information will be 

relayed in the future.

• A build up of material has been seen entering the Dreadwoods, as if construction has begun. Efforts to turn the small village within into something more.
  

• The Tyrant has invited those who find themselves without purpose into the Woodland realm. With a special invite to those Celestial Magi who seek an alternative to the Celestialist church for answers upon the stars.

With Yggdrasil now planted and in the process of growing, Moxtli's efforts have been pushed beyond but not past its limits! There's more to show for it in the coming years once its fully grown.

Due to recent events involving the Dreadwoods Ariel says a few words on the matter.

❀ Rumors of Ariel taking a hit to her health after the Ritual of Yggdrasil spread throughout Esshar.
