RE: Construction & Conquest - Carbon - 05-28-2022 ![]() Building Purpose: Act as a religious hub for the pantheon of Darkness in the east. Maybe like 3 or 4 rooms. Area Description: A structure created of darkened cobblestone and the corrupted wood of the Dreadwoods. On the exterior it looks like a rather small building, yet upon entry it sinks into the ground where a large ritual spot could be found directly below its entrance. Before the building, a large spot is reserved for the planting and nurturing of a very specific item plant that the Dreadwoods have acquired and grown for multiple years. Situated on a hill, overlooking the woodlands. (top left corner) Characters Involved: Dreadwoods, Novus, other PCs who find interest in this. Lots of interaction and planning has gone into this! Map Progress / Plans: We have a mapper, but assistance may be needed if there is trouble with the most recent map pack or anything. Price: 50k-100k. Area Description: A large walled off castle erected within the ruins of Achyon, surrounded by swamps and filth. Characters Involved: The Slayers. Map Progress / Plans: My Milly tab is growing. Also you could just add the warper and lots back to the castle already in the ruins and we could roll with that. Building Purpose: An expansion for the Family Tree Cafe, offering a spa space for the healing hot springs dev items being worked on. Deeper into the cave is a space for the hivemind Roland is establishing, with rooms and homes for them.
Area Description: A cave system built into the waterfall mountain behind the family tree, tidied up and paved some to create a nice entrance spa & hot springs, with space for the healing hot springs dev items to go. Roland's insectomancy & nature magic will be used to grow beautiful subterranean flowers and glowing mushrooms, as well as attract luminescent butterflies and firelies. Alisade & Risto's wellspring magics will be used to enhance the cave springs. Deeper in, there'll be a hub for the hive proper. Rooms for the hive members and a large one for the monarch. It would be nice if we could get NPC merchants so the family tree can finally have them, and a few stalls. Event's due on the 19th so I thought to get the construction post early to get everything in order for when it's time to start everything. Area Description: A large castle standing carved into the mountain side, large lake behind it, and two waterfalls on both sides as lightning strikes down around the castle, the Lightning King throwing down bolts, deflected by Bushido-san's blessings.[b]Name of Settlement: [/b]ShiverPool Castle (Taking over Asphodel abandoned) Laws: Do not dishonor Bushido-San. Religion: Bushido-san Characters Involved: The entirety of ShiverWell, about 15-20 people as we continue growing. [b]Map Progress / Plans[/b]: I would like the castle to just be opened with the former map. Plans to makes a basement and potentially a city outside of it later. Aprox 50k Just rebuilding the interior of the castle, and refurnishing? I saw building a castle from scratch was 60k, so unsure how much it would be. |
