The Isles had been quietly toiling away, Five years after taking over as Sovereign, Tergiversation had not only seen the Kingdoms population expand from refugees from many places, but also slowly recover from expenditures as well. Rumors of quiet dealings between allies of the nation were also spoken of in hushed corners of the docks.

Saiya Emeraldi, has recently been appointed to Chamberlain of the nation, to attend to needs of the local population. This is in no small part due to their efforts to improve the Isles overall, especially given the recent results of their work. Should the Sovereign be unavailable, it has been said they should send a letter to them for talks.

However, due to recent troubles within the nation, punishments have been dealt. Those not present would not begin to understand, prompting the need to reiterate the laws of the nation once more.

⁜The Percipience has finally catalogued and secured the knowledge left by the late Sovereign, Fabbondel, as given to Tergiversation. It is of particular note, that some of the knowledge is kept secured via means of destroying it in event of a raid. Some secrets are not meant to be shared.

⁜Refugees to the Kingdom are in the slow process of being housed should they wish to stay. All the Sovereign asks of them is to defend their homes in the off chance should it be attacked.

⁜Sovereign Tergiversation had been rumored to have visited the plane that those of Aphros had been safely moved to, out of reach of harm, prior to the recent events. Nobody except those present knew what transpired.

The gardens rustle with excitement as the keys are passed from one hand to another. A small woman by the name of Eris Ze Dikaru has taken over the gardens in an effort to have them grow and flourish like no one has ever seen before. 

You could call her queen? But it has never been for the titles to which she works so hard. She will always be for the people as they are what is important to her.

• As stated Fel Gardens rule has been shifted to Eris Ze Dikaru to better serve the empire that is Skarnfel.
  
• With this change Eris has elected two officials to act as her advisors: Mettadora (The Honey Badger) and Vienna Ze Dikaru.
  
• Mettadora will oversee the military of Fel Gardens as its newly appointed commander, if you are interested please contact Mettadora or Eris Ze Dikaru for details. Additionally this military is a subsection of the overarching military that is under the Skarnfel General, Azrail.
  
• The island is also looking to fill lesser ranks with the people who already reside on the island, more to come! 
  
• Some remodeling to the island will happen with time but the statue of Eranath will remain as a reminder to all demons of what they can strive to achieve. (That and Eris adores it)

In the aftermath of an attack the previous year by those of Crafting Delights, Pleonexia continues forward unabated by those who would have seen the small establishment burn after a close defense of the homestead. Infact the attack seemed to have had the opposite effect on the people residing upon Pleonexia's island. A boom of activity begun shortly after the attack.

In a series of letters, the following is known about the bustling hotspot.

• Crafting delights is considered to be a terrorist organization by the council who oversees Pleonexia and it's functioning after their attack on the small settlement, the hiring of supposed mercenaries too assault people coming to and from the settlement. Along with the fact that the supposed "goblin" they wished to take from Pleonexia was never there to begin with did not stop them from attempting to take multiple citizens from the city instead. Even stating that they would prefer to act like barbarians instead of talking it out like civilized people.
  
  
• The man named Acero who was captured during the crafting delights attack was planned to be given a trial to which his fate would be decided. However, during a daily checkup upon him and his cell, he attacked Treasurer Vosa and was unfortunately killed during the ensuing conflict. Despite this, he has been given full funerary rights and buried in a discreet location. His next of kin are asked to contact Lady Vosa to retrieve his will and what objects he wished to pass onto the next of his progeny.
  

• In other news, the board of Chairmen welcome other nations and smaller groups to meet with them to form a better relationship to continue prosperous trade, especially nations who have their hands in active trading such as the Kingdom Of Fortune and their kind. 
  
  
• With the upcoming expansion of Pleonexia plans of building a general manufacturing space for artificers to work with one another on a multitude of projects and interests, along with the manufacturing space being planned, within the central tower of Pleonexia a temple of some sort is being built, those interested in learning of The Golden Dreamer are encouraged to speak with Lady Vosa to learn more.
  
  
• Fortune Tellers, Seers, and other scryers of fate and futures are asked to visit Pleonexia and speak with Lady Vosa for a project of some sort, the details of which are kept under heavy lock and key.

During the last few years, after the incidents of the past and the fall of Aphros, the kingdom of Dawnstone has been quite calm. Taking advantage of this to increasingly stabilize itself amid the chaotic environment of Meranthe.
  
However, with recent events the gates of the kingdom are seen more closed than before. That is, protected with greater vigilance by the soldiers of the land of the dragons, keeping a eye upon those who enter or leave their territory.. Focusing more on their own defense, rather than upon further expansions.

♚ The cult of Felfrydraxes is reduced to a fraction of what it once was in the kingdom, after the events involving the former Dragonlord, Shui Avintess. Resulting in an increase and exclusivity, of Ibroth'lash's followers.

  

♚ After the conflict at Dal'thala, Renee Djulkorren's body can be seen upon a stake atop of Dawnstone Castle. Decapitated and completely drained of life.. A reminder of what happens to those who stand in the monarch's path.

Following the execution Eris Ze Dikaru, Queen of Fel Garden and her husband the Cambion, Azrail at the hands of Dal'thala...there has been a major shift in power. Most notably, the departure of the former Overlord Merrett Lux Rosethorne. With him now gone The Beast of Fate, Mettadora has assumed rulership of the settlement. As such, much is being done within the kingdom as a means to strengthen the horde.

However, as it stands, there are no plans to expand. There are only plans to grow.

• The remaining vassals of Skarnfel will be spoken on with all who need to know.
  
  
• Those that possess the occult or are even curious about gaining the magic are encouraged to walk the lands and meet The Beast of Fate. Additionally, any demons that wish to come and take up residence within Skarnfel are encouraged to do so.

After nearly three decades of prominence, the Fel stronghold of Sheol has finally fallen, turned into a turbulent land teeming to the brim with wraiths, Nethradin, Hel beasts, and other varieties of malicious, evil spirits- dubbed the Desolation Zone. The only building or sign of life that remained in the once beautiful, twisted city are the wicked halls of Gluttony's Maw, where it is said Queen Cinderella still resides. While uncertainty hangs within the air as to what is next for the Coven of Lyseroth, one thing is for certain:

• The outward activity from the denizens of Sheol has ceased entirely, leaving some to wonder what might have happened to them. It is said, however, that the occasional witch sighting could still be seen in the wilderness or around Gluttony's Maw, the Grand Guignol still very much alive- even if they no longer exist on the world's grand stage.

✲ In time, a meeting will be called within the Proto-Institute to discuss organization of projects and operations. Particularly in the efficiency, labor and acquisitions department. There are hopes by Director Andes Moraine that some re-organization will help get projects done far faster.

The Isles had been quiet for some time now, as they progressed on their own projects and work. This was however part of the point, as the Isles did not wish to be dragged into the mainlands problems in recent years, although their allies could, if need be request aid. It was particularly noted that the Chamberlain, Saiya Emeraldi has been particular active with foreign affairs, to which the Sovereignty has made a note of.

Garret Richter, has recently been appointed to Provisional Governor of Nilhirra, to attend to needs of the local population. It is of note, however that the Goldlight Company and his Job are not to overlap without direct approval of the Sovereign or the Office of the Chamberlain.
