There is an abode which lay by the ruins of Londo. Far past the mark of it's destruction.
Many say they can see faces peering out from the windows which do not exist, Sometimes even themselves within it's lightly tinted frame. 
Around it remain an unquenchable feeling of one being observed without reprieve. Lingering on it's lawn is not recommended to those whom suffer from paranoia.
