Letters spread through the continent to cities of mankind, invitation to a festival to be hosted within the City of Art, in the name of Her Grace. Attendants are encouraged to bring paint and paintbrushes, each attendant more than welcome — enemy or not. A chance for each to see the kind side of Her Grace, so many have turned a blind eye upon.

The Festival of Her Hands offers a chance for participants to hear prayers spoken upon Her name, while offering each priest of the old Gods and Goddesses alike to share their own prayers to the new dawn.
