Weather system in Meranthe?

nice idea.. but can the game engine handle it? we get lag in big events imagine that plus an storm.

i wouldn't say a BIG storm like i said, small rain effects.. maybe inside a building you hear raindrops on your roof and you can have a command to disable weather sounds, just real small stuff, i want to hear my feet splashing in the water as i run through the puddles after a storm, and such. i want my character to sometimes emote being chlly in Vdalon, or sweating near the desert or a lava pool, Giants get immunity or high tolerance to cold.. and draks to heat.. all sorts. this would be very fun ngl
