Describe the issue: Gravity's Compression spell does not stun targets be they PC or NPC Mobs. It also was tested with Friendly Fire enabled and it did not seem to do any damage to the target nor does it stun the target. It does do damage to a target in an RPB, however, it does not stun the target.

How to reproduce: Test the Compression spell both in an RPB and out of an RPB while Friendly Fire is enabled. 

Any relevant media: Was instructed there was no need.
