At the hall, location below, a laughter could be heard in the upper levels alongside a radiant blue hue emanating from the windows. 

Days later the tea researcher, Juri, came out with a statement:

"I am the Lord of the Brew, Juri. Not a lord. THE Lord.

I've made a new tea. It's not a cheap tea, apologies to those with short pockets. You see fairy dust is one the ingredients and that's not cheap at all. To create such a tea to let people have a taste of heaven it's necessary, I'd spare no expense in perfecting my brew. To go beyond the normal you must not look at money and your pockets, you must look at your craft. Do not hold back. Do not look back

Anyway, if you have the money and want a cup, I will often be at the park or Hall. If I am not at one of those locations that likely means I don't want to be found.

Price? Five hundred is fair. What? Too expensive? Don't buy it then.
