The City of Spring has rarely seen as much hustle and bustle as it has in its latest decade, enjoying rapid growth and swelling of the ranks within its orders. Long it has been, since the last time people gathered for the particular song that is announced this time, however. Long have the doves not flown out of the Atrium's halls to circle the skies over Arcadia, awaiting the anointed hour, despite the Winter that creeps outside the city's valley.

The people of Arcadia anticipate the ceremony that would mark the beginning of a new chapter, the freedom of a spirit given life anew; whispers run through the crowd of a long-awaited appearance of the Maiden for an occasion as special as this. The Keeper prepares the grounds beneath Solais' shade for celebrations, once more - and the hour is called for a life to begin anew under the golden boughs...
