Describe the issue:Spellslips do -not- work, whatsoever, mana flushes seem not to either

How to reproduce: my potion stats were: 50/50 amnesias, 5/2 rebirths (from before the patch) and since they were integrated I've not been able to refund things with either potion. Spellslips do everything, opening the menu, but just not refunding the spell. The same, for mana flushes.

(id heard something was fixed so i assumed it was this but just in case it wasn't im posting :))
