That means, with such a change, that you'll heal with 3x power for every bleed, which is too much for an ability that is a passive (you don't have to slot it in), and only costs 5 RPP. RE: Spell Balance Suggestions - Detective100 - 04-12-2020 If we take into account the -30% dr (and if I understand right, means that every hit would deal 130% damage), then after multiplying it back to what it would have been if it was 100%, it'll be around 7527. That is... Yeah, that is quite the damage for a move with relatively short cd (Keep in mind that the 3 second you see now, is while the user has timeskip and agility CD reductions). If I understand correctly, and kunai is a throwing move (ranged attack)? I can see the issue. |
