I only have one teeny tiny suggestion for wars.
On the signup sheets, have an age slot there that is mandatory.
Anyone who signs up that is below the age of 16, is automatically disallowed from joining the war.
Tired of 13-15 year old child soldiers. At least I can deal with 16+.

as someone whose IC might force them to go join the war because of one other person joining.
While being below the age of 16
