within a verdant and vast realm,
a sea tower sat lonely upon a cliff.
The waves lapped at it's stones,
books piled untouched upon shelves,
and crates of plentiful reagents gleamed.
A new era dawned, of new arts, lay ahead,
and such a fallow winter must give to spring.
And so by royal decree, a proclamation would go out unto the land.
