Blood Moon Eyes - Toxicity - 01-20-2020

Make it a Passive that converts dash to the tp. Slap a lower CD on it, I think regular dash is about 3-4 seconds, so maybe 2 seconds when the eyes are active? 

And give it something else pls. There was talk of possibly adding some stats to it. Maybe AP? I don't want to say it's underwhelming as an exalted because what it currently does is very, very good. Like, ridiculously good. But when you consider that there are still spells that auto hit and are unavoidable, you really get to see that it isn't offering much else besides a gimmick against a handful of spells.

And it's very good gimmick, of course. Just.. yeah. 

Maybe like 15% AP?

Far as I know it doesn't do anything aside from the TP. It's been known to be broken and not correctly working at full capacity rn.

No, dimmie! Because it's an exalted that doesn't AUTO put you ontop of your foes. It's very mechanically strong for what it does, don't get me wrong. But at the given moment it hurts about as much as it helps if you don't got your control on 10.
Again, I don't want to imply that it is weak in any means. It isn't, it's very strong.

But for those seconds of you moving about it'd be nice to have something other than that?

My dude, I have waited 2 and a half weeks for Valor's Light to be added to the game. This is a toggle with infinite teleport, and extra bleed damage, you good.

There's no extra bleed, and it isn't an infinite toggle. It's pretty much a once a round usage for about 20 seconds or so, which is fair. But regardless, I ain't here to pander. I'm using it and feel it could be toned back, while buffed in a different way. Hence why it's the suggestions thread.

They're clearly not asking for a 'buff' here. Just a rework to make it a less gimmicky spell. Relax.
