What if someone has a master, but also wants an Exalted?

And has no interest in a mythic?
Would that be an app moment?

Cuz there's some things that blend together well for lore and fluff
Like Holyflame aura and holyflame embers, etc.

Please provide an updated and maintained list of what signatures are what tier, and this will be I believe a very positive change in regards to the game rewarding roleplaying!

IMO, 30k Experience is far too little to be able to ticket and get a free signature. That is around RPL 215~ or (much) less generally because its a mixture of influence.

The signature list as well needs to be updated for this.

What about those who just put in applications? Do they matter or no? What about all of the character growth and development PCs have had, towards something?

Another question... If someone had an ability granted to them by an item or other public reward, separate from dev, where does that fall into things? I've seen auction items grant abilities without any sort of app process?
