The non-magi of the city line up to subscribe to the new plan of the Coordinator.

One among them shall be picked. The announcement follows.

We are looking for a non-magi. The approval process will require medical evaluation.

The requirements to sign up are as follows.
> Must be over the age of 16, as to not manifest magic naturally.
> Must have no magi parents.
> Must be willing to undergo experiments directed by the Proto Institute.

As one might not be too willing to be a guinea pig, there are benefits to it.
> Yearly payments by Katryovno Dryden.
> If capable of wielding equipment, all of it shall be provided by the Dryden Industries.
> Experiments will likely result in long term improving and unlocking of magic capabilities.

Those willing present themselves to Katryovno Dryden or any high ranking members of the Proto Institute.

You will start as a non-magi.
You will not receive any boosts, and you are expected to remain only attuned to Physical magic until your development gives way to proper magic.
That will be done through an item app, which will likely entail bonuses.
